IS THE LOOKOUT EXPRESS A REAL TRAIN?
The Lookout Express is a custom built – deluxe trackless train… made in the USA! The design of the Lookout Express pays homage to the Steam Train Locomotive era… and travels a paved road through our holiday light event pulling four cars and a caboose. Each car has comfortable upholstered seats.. a roof and open air windows.. so dress according to the weather.

WHAT IS THE CHRISTMAS WAGON?
The new Christmas Wagon ride is a different way to experience the holiday lights event with a more Country Christmas feel. These 20-foot custom designed wagons have built in seats and will accommodate up to 25 people. These are open air wagons and run the same road as our train ride through the main lights event.

HOW LONG IS THE TRAIN/WAGON RIDE?
Both rides take about 15 minutes… and departs from the Depot roughly every 20 minutes.

WHAT IF I MISS MY SCHEDULED TRAIN/WAGON RIDE?

If you arrive late due to unforeseen circumstances… we can add your party to a wait list or try to add you onto another ride that evening. If we are booked solid we can add another ride at the end of the night after all other departures.
 

WHAT IS THE TICKET POLICY?
ALL TICKETS ARE NONREFUNDABLE! If you purchase Ticket Insurance… your tickets may be transferred to another night.

In addition, your ticket transfer must be completed 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure day and time. Reschedules are not available ‘after the fact’ for parties who miss their scheduled reservation. If you’re worried plans could change… consider adding Ticket Insurance when planning your visit.

DOES THE TRAIN and CHRISTMAS WAGON RUN IN THE RAIN AND SNOW?
We do operate if there are rain showers in the forecast… but we do cancel if rain becomes heavy or severe weather moves into the area. If we are in operation and you fail to make it that night…. you forfeit your tickets. In the event of inclement weather or mechanical issues…. the ticket office will issue a rain check or refund.

IS STROLLER PARKING AVAILABLE?
There is an area to park strollers during the ride.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IN A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET VS. TRAIN/WAGON RIDE TICKET?
The General Admission ticket does NOT include a ride through the main holiday lights event!!!
