Here’s how Santa’s Lookout works for 2024!
Arrival: Enter our Free parking area at the billboard… park and proceed to the ticket booth. Check in at ticket booth and receive a ticket for your designated time slot. The time you book for online is your estimated Train Departure time and so please plan to arrive at least 15 mins prior to that time.
Weather: We are a rain or shine event… but if severe weather is in the forecast for operation hours we may be forced to postpone or cancel activities for the night. If we are forced to close… we will make arrangements to reserve seats for a different night or offer a refund. If questions about the weather please call our hotline 270-622-8171.

We had a great time at Santa’s Lookout. Our son LOVED the train ride. That’s way more fun than driving through somewhere. The reindeer was super friendly and cute…Also gotta say the Santa background was great and he was fantastic with the kids. Santa was Bouncing babies and helping big kids with poses without just telling them what to do. He made it fun. ❤️ Our son is autistic and Santa asked “Do you want to hold my hand? Oh put the other one in my hand too.” the one with the hands on his face turned out to be our favorite but his interaction with him was nothing short of amazing.

We went here on a whim and drove 2 hours. It was worth the drive and the money. my kids ages 3,8 & 13 loved it. The characters and Santa are friendly and very interactive. Staff was friendly.
